Individual Community Living Support (ICLS)

Bundled service that includes six service categories.

ICLS services offer assistance and support for older adults who need reminders, cues, supervision or physical assistance to remain in their own homes:

Active cognitive support

Help to problem-solve the person's concern related to daily living.  

Adaptive support service

To provide verbal, visual and/or touch guidance to help the person complete the task.  

Activities of daily living

Cue and/or provide physical assistance with dressing, grooming, eating, toileting, mobility and transferring.  

Household management

Help with cleaning, meal planning/preparation, shopping, money management, mail, appointments, and transportation.  

Community Engagement

Help the person access activities, services, and resources that facilitate meaningful community integration and participation.
